especially the one pertaining to not cancelling a free agent pik up once its posted .

FREE AGENT SIGNING PROCEDURE
A free agent = any player who has been drafted/signed by an NHL team who is not on a 70's league team.
Gm's must submit a message on the leagues transactions board with their intentions of whom they would like to sign along with who you are dropping .
In fairness to your fellow gm's , once a pik up/ drop is posted on the boards you cannot cancel it.
You may sign up to 2 free agents a week .
last week in the deuce , chicago had to cancel a free agent pik up in order to make room for Kaberle.
this does not open the door for outright cancellations of pik ups
