we allowed these guys(the Radulov's,Zherdev's) to be drafted in the sister league earlier in the summer so they are certainly draftable here too .
today he's in the KHL (Radulov) , tommorrow , who the hell knows
hopefully you all read the rulebook before joining
you will notice we offer some farm team flex spots where up to 3 spots can be used for khl defectors or ahl'er flex

FARM TEAM FLEX
there are two forms of farm team flex -euro flex -ahl flex
euro flex -if you lose a player to a euro league (khl etc...)you may keep said player on your farm team
ahl flex -if you have a player that is over the 70-35 gp max that has been assigned to the AHL by his NHL team you may assign him to your farm team .
in both instances the league expects gm's to call up these players should they return to their NHL teams
these players would also have to be called up to the 30 man pro roster once the seasons ends .
we will allow a maximum of 3 spots on the farm team for flex.
